Brad Askew

Brad is the founder and leader of the Spring Incubator. With a passion for integrating faith, pastoral care, and entrepreneurship, Brad aims to support and disciple Christian entrepreneurs for Kingdom impact.

He has founded multiple businesses in both law and finance, taking four ventures from vision to exit. Brad is married to Hazel, and they are approaching 25 years of marriage! (Well done Haze!) They have three boys: Barny, Isaac, and Jojo and a dog called Meggie. Brad is part of Woodlands Church in Bristol.

Andy Street

Andy was the Founding Director of SLR, a global environmental consultancy. He has a passion for transforming cities and communities through collaboration and innovation and serves as Chair for several charities and strategic initiatives in Bristol.

A member of Woodlands Church, Andy has been actively involved in mentoring and supporting Christian entrepreneurs, with a vision to inspire city-wide transformation.
