What is the Spring Incubator?

The Spring Incubator is a faith-driven programme crafted to support any entrepreneur—whether you’re just at the idea stage or in the early phases of your journey. Offering a 10-12 week incubation period, it provides practical guidance, mentorship, and a community of like-minded entrepreneurs.

Through a blend of in-person meetings, one-to-one conversations, workshops, and peer learning, participants are empowered to bring their ideas to fruition within an environment rooted in discipleship and pastoral support.

What Happens during the 12 weeks?

We are not a university or a church, but an incubator where Christian entrepreneurs help other Christian entrepreneurs to get off the ground. Through talks, self-study, workshops, peer collaboration, and one-to-one sessions, you will learn and apply the key principles of start-ups, putting everything into practice with your Big Idea. Topics will include:

Product Development and MVP – Learning how to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to test ideas quickly and effectively.

Customer Validation – Understanding how to test assumptions and validate your product with real customers.

Growth Tactics and Early Traction – Exploring strategies to gain initial momentum and traction for your business.

Business Models and Unit Economics – Establishing a sustainable business model and understanding the figures behind it.

Go-to-Market Strategy and Launching – Preparing to launch your product and building a robust strategy to enter the market.

Fundraising: Pitching to Investors – Learning how to pitch your business to potential investors and secure funding.

Scaling: Hiring and Culture – Developing strategies for growth, including building a team and fostering a healthy company culture.

Growth Metrics and KPIs – Identifying the key performance indicators and metrics that track business growth.

Operations and Efficiency – Focusing on streamlining operations to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Building for the Long Term: Vision and Product Roadmap – Setting a long-term vision and developing a roadmap for continued growth and success.

Demo Day Preparation – Refining your pitch and preparing for the final Demo Day event.

Not sure. That isn’t really why we are doing this. There will be a cost but until we decide how best to charge in a way that optimises skin in the game with accessibility consider it free for now.

We do not invest financially in start-ups or take equity stakes but we will certainly introduce you to those who do.
